Returns

1.1. The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and within seven days after the transfer of the goods, in accordance with the procedure and conditions stipulated by the Law on Consumer Protection.

1.2. Return of goods of proper quality is possible provided that their original condition (packaging), consumer properties, and the document confirming the fact and terms of purchase are preserved.

1.3. The Buyer may not refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined properties if such goods can only be used by the purchasing Buyer (including non-standard sizes, fabric, etc., as requested by the Buyer).

1.4. Returns of goods, in cases provided by law and this Agreement, shall be made to the addresses specified on the website in the “Contacts” section.

2.1. If the Buyer refuses goods of proper quality, the Seller shall refund the amount paid under the agreement, minus the Seller’s expenses for processing the refund of the prepaid amount and the costs of returning the goods from the Buyer, no later than 10 days from the date the Buyer submits the corresponding request and provides the Seller with their bank details for the money transfer.

The Buyer must provide their account number (current, card, etc.) along with the bank details. If this information is not provided or is provided incorrectly, the Seller shall not be liable for any delays in transferring the funds.

The Buyer’s obligation to provide the Seller with the bank details specified in this clause constitutes a counter-obligation, which takes effect from the moment the Buyer makes any monetary claim to the Seller, including (but not limited to) refunds, price difference payments, or penalty payments.

2.2. If the refund is not processed simultaneously with the return of the goods, the Seller shall transfer the refund amount to the Buyer’s bank account.

2.3. The refund method specified in this clause may also be used by the Seller in other cases of refunds provided for by this Agreement and Russian law.

3.1. To initiate a return, the Buyer must call the phone number listed on the website in the “Contacts” section or send an email to the address specified in the same section.
